I was looking at my bank account on line over the weekend July 18th and July 19th and saw a charge from a company called Income Accelerator Program. They have charged my bank account without my consent or knowledge. I have called them everyday since I have found out asking for a refund of the money back to my account. I have not gotten one. I called today to ask them to please process the money cause it is causing me overdraft fees with my bank daily and has left me without a way to go and get my HIV Medications. When I explained this to their rep on the phone. He suggested that I go and get a different bank. Now I am concerned that they will do it again next month and the following month leaving me without a way to buy my medications and to pay to go see my doctor. The rep had no feeling of sorrow for me in fact he just laughed at me. How degrading he made me feel. Please if there is anyone out there that can help me find an attorney to fight this company under the americans with disibility act please let me know also it is considered deceptive trade as well. Makes me wonder how many people they have and are doing this too. Thanks Roger
