As well to knowing I was pregnant a week after I left. Yes, that is completely true. We had sex on November 8, 2004 and November 16,2004. I left the last week of that month. According to the DR my conception date was November 8th. My EDD.... August 8, 2005. When you are a woman, you know something is "right" with your body, which is how I knew I was pregnant. But wait... you already KNOW this because Ive told you... several times.

Kind of funny how you sit there and say this stuff... yet you wanted my daughter to call you "Uncle Jaret" or how you wanted me to drive down and visit you since you had no license.

As well as the papers, thats exactly what I thought. Obviously you dont listen since Ive told you him and I were supposed to go to court on Jan. 30,2007 and well... oops, papers never got there and we were supposed to go on Oct. 30, 2008... again... OOOOOOPPS!!!!! Ive still got it all on paper where State of GA sent me the court dates. Amazing isnt it.

Its about to be over pretty soon hopefully though. And Jaret.... say hey to your brother and tell him how you said that I could email your mother the story after she got back from vaction. That you preferred me to use her teaching email address rather than personal because she would see it faster... which, I never did by the way because it has yet to involve her. What makes this such a horrible thing is that this girl has convinced you all into believing her horrific attempt to swindle money out of a hard working, honest, and loving man.

If this had any truth in it whatsoever, the issue would have been handled a long time ago. It most definitely wouldn't be an unresolved issue 5 years later.

The first thing you must realize is that at parties most girls lie about their age, you can all deny it but its the truth. Been to a party/bar lately where there isn't someone lying about their age? I surely haven't. One thing that made me chuckle was the line about knowing she was pregnant a week later. It's impossible to tell if you are pregnant until 3 weeks after conception. Such a blatant lie in a report is an obvious sign that she is out for something more than the best interest of her child. She wants money and she obviously has no proof that he is or could be the father without reasonable doubt.

This man has no troubles being found when he gets a parking ticket, so there couldn't possibly be an issue with serving him papers. Which brings me to another interesting fact, THEY WILL NOT MAIL THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. According to state law any papers concerning a pressing legal matter, such as this, are to be hand delivered by an officer of the law and signed for by the alleged culprit.

The bottom line is, if she knew he was the father she would have already had a court ordered paternity test. If she had done so he would have been required by state law to comply or he would face the penalties established by the state of Georgia; Therefore this bogus report must be an attempt to ruin a good man's name because she can't find a way to get money out of him. I should know, because I am his brother and contrary to what this report says, Justin is very close with his family and speaks with me, our mom and our dad on a regular basis.

Get off your butt and do something for yourself rather than attack someone else because you couldn't get a free paycheck out of them. Karma comes back around and I hope it comes back on you ten-fold.

When you are 16, you are "inferior" so you think you are. I found out the hard way that things CAN happen to me. I could have persued the statatory rape charges but the was I see it is, yes I was intoxicated, but I was not passed out and concented. I saved his a*s for that because I felt it wasnt right.

Oh to the child support, its not really about the money. Ive done it for 3 years on my own. Some of the most expensive years and Ive made it. Its hard but I have loved every minute of it.

Consequences.. yes... and it takes 2 people to make a baby. I have stepped up on my part and have raised my girl to the best of my ability and damnit if I dont think Ive done a fantastic job considering the facts. Single, Young, and am responsible for every bill that has my name on it. I cannot have someone do wrong and not have them make it right when it involves me or mine. And thats what Im doing.

State of GA for you information sits on their booty and doesn't do a thing. I have witnessed that for 3 years. Now its time for a big balled attorney who is doin her job, and a fine job too.

Have them file a report against you! That way they already have all the information they need and I can turn around and do my thing.

After reading this, I paid particular attention to THIS statement:

NO, that is not what KIDS did back then and HE was a ADULT. He was 21. this would qualify as statutory sexual assault where I live and he should have had charges filed on his sociopathic self.

When you drink and party irresponsibly, well ACTIONS HAVE CONSEQUENCES!

Apparently he didn't care enough about you or anyone else to use a condom cause he was just out for what he could get like any other sociopath or psychopath -- look THAT up in google and when you think about what the word means --and THINK about it a long time, you might not want this monster in your life! You don't want to shave custody with him unless it is supervised.

What you want is your child support money and the state could find him. I was a deputy constable once and WE could find ANYBODY and so could the cops in Georgia if you pursued your claim with the Attorney general's office or whatever state agency pursues DEADBEAT DADS and child support in your state.

And I didn't think about what sort of genetics and hereditary you would have or maybe I would have been more selective about your father?

Seems to me that you are going to be spending a lot of time making up to your child the mess you made by not being more particular about who you chose for her father!
