I purchased an expensive rifle from Darc Ops Armory through an online auction on 12-15-2016 (justin and tony at darc ops armory) and I never received the rifle, nor did the FFL I selected to receive the rifle. I received the other items purchased, but not the .300 Blackout rifle from Keystone Armory (Ripsaw). It was never received.

I contacted Justin repeatedly and got one reply, last month (July 2018) via email advising me that Darc Ops Armory had gone out of business and Tony Thomas had departed and gone into business for himself.  Justin said he did not know the status of my rifle, but would follow up on it. I have tried numerous times to re-contact him with no success. I paid them $2457.00 and would like to see my money returned.  The credit card company does not want to help as too much time has passed, and the waiting period has not helped with that for receiving of a suppressed rifle.

Justin also has Investment Grade Pipes LLC wher ehe sells high quality tobacco smoking pipes and is also involved in Warhorse Racing LLC.  He processed my payment through Warhorse LLC as well.

I have also filed a report with ATF and encourage others who have found themselves in similar situations to do the same.
