Justin Echternach is a Software Engineer who creates Payroll deduction software at Empower Benefits ( http://www.zoominfo.com/c/Empower-Benefits-LLC/346517939 ) and is an aggressive alcoholic. He has a DUI and has been driving while suspended. He does not reside at the address on his Driver’s License (which he reported as valid to the Sheriff’s Dept.)
Please be cautious in working with him. Do not give him your money.
