Justin Irving, aka Ebay Id Psi4power03 SCAMMING SELLERS! PAYPAL took money owed me! Post Falls Idaho

This individual has purchased from 3 ebay sellers GIFT CARDS. One of those sellers was me! He bought them, paid for them, left POSITIVE FEEDBACK, sent emails back and forth. Then about 10 days later he went back and did a chargeback through Paypal using the excuse that these were UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES, in other words, someone supposedly "hi-jacked" his ebay account and made the purchases. I contacted the other sellers to see if he had reversed charges on them, and he had. One of the other sellers had sent the item out with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION to him, and there was the proof that no one hijacked his account. The items went right to him to his registered ebay and paypal addy. Paypal froze all our funds, not his though! I gave both Ebay and Paypal this information along with all the emails from him before, during and after the auction.

This guy never sent ANY of us emails telling us his account was hijacked, nor did he notify Ebay either. He just reversed charges. We all sent him emails inquiring as to what had happened but he didnt and has NEVER responded. I tried calling, but to no avail. I had endless conversations with Ebay and Paypal on the phone, but really to no avail. My item was $450. It was for a ADIDAS Gift Certificate for ONLINE use only. Adidas confirmed he spent it on Feb 22, 2008. His reversal was done on March 6, 2008. Adidas also confirmed he spent $490. I have had to now make a Police Report and they are getting the info on to whom the items where shipped from adidas. I am out $450. Paypal allowed his reversal of funds. I want my money back. He is scamming sellers on ebay and he should be SUSPENDED!!! Paypal ripped me off! They know from the other 2 sellers that his account was NOT hijacked, yet they still allowed his reversal on my account!!

Is this even worth being pursued in COURT?
