Found Mr. Mallock (he gave me the name Wilson) on craigslist. He told me he worked for a boat company and could repair the gel coat on my boat. We agreed on $300.00 After I brought him the boat, he called the next day and said he needed to by more materials and could I give him another $200. I went to his house and he was working on the boat so I agreed. He was to finish the boat in a week. Then the stall happened. He needs a few more days, its finished, but locked in the garage and I'm away. I'll bring it to you Saturday. Finally, I went to his home and I did not see the boat. After threatening to call the police, his wife/girlfriend pointed to the pond behind their house. He didn't do any work on it, but rather was using it as his own.
I filed a small claim case against him, he did not respond and also avoid being served by the sheriff. Next Step... Thief
