JustOC Modern Office No Results after numerous voice messages and emails San Juan Capistrano California

On April 8, 2014 I ordered a down pillow from this company, JustOC, their web site promises your order will be shipped withing 10-14 dys.  I waited for 3 weeks and then tried to contact the company.  

Of course they debited my account for the item.  However when I went to their site I noticed under the customer service link there was no result it just took you to the home page.  So I then went to the contact us link and found a telephone number and online message box. 

I first sent a message and gave all the pertinent information from my original order and waited for a few days and did not received a reply.  So I then called the number and it went to voice mail which asked me to use the message box on the web page. 

I left a message and redid the email message from before and after 5 days no response from any party.  

I then sent another message requesting cancellation of my order and return of my funds which met with the same no reply under either category.  

I have decided that JustOC is a scam company and/or a very inefficient ownership most likely from their kitchen table.  The website is updated with new and exciting buys. So just don't deal with JustOC.  I am disappointed and have made comment on their web page, Facebook biz page and still no response.  

They are either criminally inclined or very dumb.  Neither of which is a good recipe for business.
