justsnipe.com is an action site that allows you to bid on ebay items. It works great if you use there free service. I used it for awhile as a free service.
It's there paid service that is terrible. If you sign up for their paid service that's when things go wrong. They tell you the charge will be recurring until you canel it. The only way to opt out of there paid service is to cancel your account. But once you cancel your account they will continue to bill your chosen method of payment $5 every month. If you attempt to contact there customer support via there listed email address they will never return your email. Instead your forced to dispute the charges on your credit card every month.
I will never do business with this company again. Terrible, Terrible. Avoid

Finally got a response and refund of fees paid

I finally heard from justsnipe, 2+ months from my original email. They refunded my payments and things have been set straight on that front. I still can't recommend them due to their poor customer service but it appears they will eventually set things straight.
