The product I ordered gave you a 14 day free trial, if you paid shipping and although they say it's on their website clearly that you have 4 days to receive it and 10 days to try it before they charge you $89 and then you're enrolled in auto ship, it is not! You have to press in the the terms and conditions to read it. This is totally false advertising. Secondly, if you don't like it there is no money back guarantee. Customer service is a joke, you tell they are taught what to say and they say there are no supervisors to talk to on the weekends. Well keep pressing because there are supervisors or at least they say they need to talk to them before they will credit your account. Beware this company is a farse l.
