On April 4th, 2009, I signed up with JW Financial Solutions Company through Home Savers Center (EZ Home Help) hoping the company would modify my mortgage.

For a $3,500 "application" fee JW Financial indicated that they would lump my mortgage into a pool of other people with the same mortgage holder and negotiate a lump settlement with my mortgage company. JW Financial Solutions stated that they can offer around 22 cents on the dollar for block of mortgages from various banks and that due to the current state of the econcmy, the banks are happy to get these needed funds. Once JW Financial Solutions negotiate the deal, they now "own" my mortgage and will rewrite it to me for around 75% of Market Value. They would finance the new balance for a minimum of 3 years at 3% above prime. JW Financial Solutions also stated if they can't get the results as promised with 12 months, they will give me a full refund.

It has been over a year...no call...no refund.....no nothing.
