JWR Exotic Bird Aier Systems advertises in Bird Talk magazine, and has no address or e-mail, but has a phione number only that is NEVER answwered by anything except an answering machine. Jeff then calls back, or doesn't depending upion Jeff. Jeff has now done this TWICE to me - sent around $300 of unsolicited hardware (air filters, ultra-violet lamps) for a bird air purifier I purchased years ago. He keeps my creadit card data on file, then will SEND me unsolicited stuff a year later, claiming most people desire this kind of automatic lamp and filter replacement. I dion't. I told him a year or two ago, and now He did it AGAIN! So I changed my Credit Card Account to a new number and will NOT advise Jeff. I could have kept the stuff without paying for it legally, because it was unsolicited, yet I tried to be good and had trouble just sending it back because it was delivered to my Private Mail Box by UPS/ Moreover, I now receive a letter with NO RETURN ADRESS, and NO CONTACT information of ANY KIND anywhere, thanking me for my order that I never placed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY. Either he has a terrible memory or is genuinely a rip-off artist.
