I had only work for K and B Transporation for no longer than sixty days as an over the road truck driver. However, during this time, working with the dispatchers, they would have me doing loads at the spur of the moment, and telling me when I will be taking my ten hour breaks, and when I may can go home to see my family which all of these things were a big surpise when I had gegun working for this company. Also, I was never informed that I would be driving all during the night time, and sitting during the day time. Plus, during the day, I would be doing a relay to other driver; and may do short load that other driver could not do or complete, due to management do not plan ahead of time, and they are not organize. Therefore, the best thing for me to do was to take them back their truck, and say goodbye! please note: K and B Transporation, has treated me as if I was no one but a number to them, and they would speak to me as if I was a slave and a second class citizen! So, I say to any other driver, beware of this company, beware, beware. Oh, also, the money, $ 1025.00, they say they guarantee, ia a gimmick, meaning...if you stay out, and work, Monday to Monday, you don't go home, you will get it, but you can not be late on a load and you can not turn down a load. Also, keep in mind, that if you do not meet these requirement, you are pay 37 cent a mile. Again, to all drivers, Beware, Beware, Beward!
