K And B Transportation Tarnished DAC report!! South Sioux City Nebraska

All is well that ends well as long as it is on their terms!! I was sucked into the company with promises of a guaranteed $800 a week with benefits and such. I worked my a*s off to make things happen. I admit I was late to a delivery once and they told me I had to pay $100 for that. I left the company in July or should I say ran from it. I was home for my requested three days and when I returned I find myself being put into handcuffs. The company reported the truck stolen while it was in my possession. This being the end of all the crap i went through. Before they had this thing that once you woke up and made your delivery after a 10hr break that you must go back to sleep and wake up in 8 hrs to pickup and deliver somewhere else. Did I forget to mention that it would have to be delivered too. I did this once cause they said it was a loop hole in the FMCSR. I said I was never to do that again by risking my license and life. You know that when my dispatcher was away everything went to hell in a hand basket. Matt F was a good person to work for. It is the people that were above him and around him that have no idea that business is important and that the drivers are what makes the company go. My biggest mistake was not going back to Schneider National. I don't want daring appeal to get a job done. I wanted a dependable and possible higher pay like most people in the USA. I applied at Barr-Nunn and was told the reason they did not hire me was because of K and B transportation. The DAC report stated that I was late to pick up and drop off and that unauthorized dispatch. Like I said I can understand the being late even though it was once.... but the unauthorized dispatch. What the heck is that? I went where they wanted me to and got every location ok'd when it was not in route. Which leads me back to the being handcuffed when returning to work. They reported the truck stolen when they said they tried to call me to find out why I did not go back to work on a Monday. (I asked and was told it was ok to go back to work on a tuesday) When I have my time at home I turn off my phone because that is my time and no one elses. I arrived at the truck and turned on my phone and listened to the numerous messages that were left. The messages were all 15 to 30 min apart. so my mailbox was full. When I got to the end of the messages a police car pulled up and that is when I was placed in the secured area in the back of their car. They in turn would not tell the police if they were pressing charges and was not answering when the police called. So I told the police I have a number on my cell phone that they can get ahold of someone direct. Would you know that the phone rang once and they picked up. They asked me if I was coming back to work and I said not anymore now that I am in handcuffs because the company just jumped to conclusions. So I mad the statement, which by the way was closely monitored by the officer, "Are you going to press charges or not?" K and B would not answer me so I gave the phone to the officer while my hands still bound by the cuffs. I told the officer I could not get a straight answer and that he will have to get it out of them. They decided not to press charges. The funny thing is they sent a company to get the truck and that I have 30 min to clean out a Freightliner Classic XL of all my belongings. Some of my belongings the company has in their possession. Of all this I never got my last paycheck which was over $800 dollars but they did send me a check stub that said I was paid that amount. Now I can't work for a company now that this is happened. I am still unemployed since July 27 2008 thanks to K and B. I am willing to go the long haul to make this company remove the marks they put on my record cause of their shady practices. When someone takes food from my family's mouths it means war. I just want to know how they sleep at night?
