I want to and will file a class action lawsuit against this company for so many reasons. i am building a case as we speak. It is a shame we can not use this forum here to communicate. I have several attorneys and I am working on gathering client information for others who have been abused by this unscrupulous so called businessman. I will not get into details, however there are many folks in local gargaes who will know how to contact me about this law suit...so join on and let's do what is right. I am tired of being treated like this, I am tired of being over billed, I am tired of someone trying to steal my car, I am tired of having my credit threatened ( and I have an attorney to handle this as well), and I am tired of unscrupulous men in business that do not follow EPA rules...and the EPA knows about this as well. I have witnesses and again I am gathering clients for our law suit. Just talk in the town and you will know how to find me easily. This man will not steal my money, overcharge me, and steal my BMW. He will not pollute our air with an illegal spray booth or pollute our waterways by disposing of volitale fluids in our storm drains. He disgusts me and so many in this comunitty. Help me band together and put this man in court where he belongs. I just pray this forum was more useful so we could all meet and organize. The BBB has been responsive, however, virtually useless. His BBB rating does however speak for itself. I hope we all meet soon.
