Bradley (Brad) Carr, Utah Bar Number 14428 is the most corrupt attorney I have ever dealt with.  

In 2014, I was injured at work and I went to Bradley Carr for a consultation. Mr. Bradley (Brad) Carr took my info after a 30 min. consultation.

I told Bradley (Brad) Carr that in 2013 I was baker-acted for 8 weeks and he pulled out a contingency fee agreement. I explained Bradley (Brad) Carr that I can provide notes and recordings I had from work that would assist Bradley (Brad) Carr with my claim for injury.

I further explained to Bradley (Brad) Carr that in 11 months I was deceived and worked for 4 different managers and 3 different chefs because the restaurant was a hostile work place and all of the chefs and managers never worked at the same time that it was 1 or the other and that all were fired...  and then the next hired.

I further explained to Bradley Carr that there were co-workers that could give statements that would give them information to assist with my claim - I also told Bradley (Brad) Carr that apparently I was fired on 5 May 2014 shortly after my injury and that I heard it from the dishwasher.

I also told Bradley Carr that nobody would provide me with the WORKMENS COMPENSATION INFO. 

Until today I am emotionally disturbed by a detective that has contacted me about threats I allegedly made to the restaurant owner, which is untrue. Bradley (Brad) Carr manipulated me into a verbal agreement on May 2014 when I went into his office to give a scheduled deposition.

Bradley (Brad) Carr  never told me that  THEY HAD ISSUES  with discovery that they had to file a motion to produce the discovery because the attorney for the employer failed to turn over the discovery in a timely manner...   instead of calling me into their office to discuss the discovery Bradley (Brad) Carr  already decided without consulting me first that he would give up on the case because the attorney and employer were going to take the case to trial and Bradley (Brad) Carr  than decided to manipulate me into settling the case because Bradley (Brad) Carr  after collecting my retainer fees gave up on my case and did not want to give the energy to defend my claim of injury.

 Bradley (Brad) Carr created a scheme of fraud along with the attorney for the employer to destroy my case for a deposition. Bradley (Brad) Carr conspired together with my employees attorney to manipulate me....
