In May 2015 I Hired Julia Sirkis & Brenda Ugarte Ortiz of K International

to deliver a container with the contents of my apartment to my new home. 2.5 months later (TWO & A HALF MONTHS) later my furnishings, clothing, personal items are still sittign half way... while this forwarder from HELL, Julia Sirkis & Brenda Ugarte Ortiz of K International are telling me "oh calm down, why are you so emotiobal.. It will get there."

$6000 out of my pocket, (to Julia Sirkis & Brenda Ugarte Ortiz of K International and their parters iat destination) 2.5 months while my little kids and I have no furniture or personal items.. and they are delayeing and rescheduling delivery every few days (so we can not even plan ahead).

Every night I cry myself to sleep and when I wake up I call the shipping line, call their partners, and Julia Sirkis & Brenda Ugarte Ortiz of K International asking and begging to find out and solve the problem. They either blaim Maersk or brush me off tellign me, its not their problem and I shoud just wait or call some other agent or perosn and do my own investingation.

Julia Sirkis & Brenda Ugarte Ortiz of K International negligence & continuous failure to do the work for which they charged me caused growing losses in excess of $20,000 to date and the losses are mounting.

Please RUN FOR YOUR LIFE before they make yourlife a complete misery with their unprofessionalism, negligence and lack of basic ethics. These are ROBBErs whose only goal is to take your money and NOT deliver any services they promised.  

It woud have been cheaper to charter my own boat or airplane than to ship with Julia Sirkis & Brenda Ugarte Ortiz of K International - SHIPPERS FROM HELL - whom I hope will burn in HELL to pay for the tears and sufferign for my little children and this single mother. 

Facts: cargo was promised June 25th originally.. Now its rebooked for the 10th time for August 15th, 2015 - however, even that date will be rebooked for another month, quorter, year.. They just don't bother finding and solving a problem. 

If it will EVER get to the destination it would be thanks to ME doing their job as I have now reached Maersk offices in 3 countries and am filign law suits against ALL involved.

Frivilous lawsuit

Ms. Nevtonova filed a frivolous lawsuit against K International which we vigorously defended.  K International prevailed and Ms. Nevtonova was awarded nothing. 

On the same day as our hearing, Ms. Nevtonava had 2 other unrelated hearings against major luxury goods producers. Since then we have also learned that she has filed suits against numerous parties on other matters, including insurance companies.

Ms. Nevtonova is clearly a serial litigator and doing business with her is ill advised.

Anna (aka Anya) Nevtonova (aka Skripko aka Curtis) retained our services to ship her personal effects to Russia by container vessel.  She arranged to have this container loaded herself.  The routing to Russia is through Bremerhaven, Germany.  In Bremerhaven, her container was flagged by German customs and was removed from the vessel for an intensive customs exam.  As a result of this, unfortunately, her shipment was delayed by several weeks.

Customs agents in any country may remove containers from vessels for any reason and hold them for as long as they want, resulting in additional charges.  We are a private international freight forwarding company, providing services similar to that of a travel agent.  We are not responsible for any vessel delays (for any reason), nor are we responsible to pay for any charges incurred in connection with importing the container to Russia.  This includes any customs (import clearance), storage, demurrage, etc. charges.  Similarly, a travel agent is not responsible for a passenger missing a flight, or lost luggage, or import duties.  Ms. Nevtonova/Skripko/Curtis was advised of this in writing prior to shipping and again in multiple telephone conversations.

She was rude to our employees, who were doing everything in their power to get her container to Russia as soon as possible.  We are a first class freight forwarding company with over 50 years experience, and we will vigorously defend ourselves against these slanderous attacks by an ignorant and frankly, irrational, customer.
