The so called "Eureka business man of the year 2008" is a major fraud.  This man is not only a control freak, he is an absolute fraud of a business man. 

He will lie to your face, and when/if you try to confront him about anything he will run away and hide then send in his "thug" to handle the situation. 

His payroll has been late, causing major issues for employees.
There are rumors of the business tanking due to the facade of a building he built to house all of 5 employees.  He wants his clients to think there is 20+ employees in the back pounding out projects because he is to conservative to invest in his business properly.  Tell the client we can handle the project, then I'll have my top 2 guys work their bones off to meet the goal.  Then when it comes time to pay my guys, I will spread their additional hours out in future pay periods to avoid paying overtime pay.

They Regularly edits time cards, to lower hours spent on work and eventual payroll.  If you work there, pay attention or they will get you.  He will sit in his office watching what you do on your desk to make sure you are working, reading your private emails / IM's as you do... how Creepy!

Mr Kissel talks a really good game, and almost sounds like he knows what he is saying.  Its not until its time to show results its apparent these guys are winging it.  This is a prime example of why Trust fund children should  go to business school (and pay attention) before purchasing a company.  Just because you can afford to buy it, doesnt mean you know what you are doing.

Their design work is sub-par, and most of it is stock or regurgitated materials from past projects.  They joke regularly for spiking customer invoices, when they did absolutely nothing but refer the work to other business'.  Recently, they made an extra $10,000 for taking on a print job, referring it to a printer and charging the customer 10k over cost.  Disgusting.

And to think the nice people at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Eureka allows this man to be the athletic director for their soccer league.  I wonder if they know how much crap he talks about them inside the K1 building?  Why does he do it?  It makes him look/seem legit. 

Pull the cloth from your eyes, and take a big long look at who you are working with before going into business with this company.  They will treat new prospect clients like gold and almost every time bad mouth them when they leave.  The negative energy in this building is more than any place I have ever been.  Its quite awkward.

His employee turnover, which he blames on his inability to judge people in an interview, is ridiculously high.  There is a 90 day revolving door, most likely from his desire to be cheap and not pay for more employee insurance / 401k.

His last employee was terminated via an Email, then a Courier delivered his belongings the next day.  Who does that?   Evil people, that is who.
