Gaming account was banned for no legitimate reason.

I have/had an account with K2 Network/GamersFirst, in which let me play a game called "War Rock." It's an FPS (firstperson shooter) with a military style theme. My War Rock account name is/was "b0mbdr0p." They recently banned my account for no good reason. They initially accused me of using 3rd-party software (such as hacks, cheats, bots, etc) but I never ever did such a thing. They also they never pinpointed an actual reason for the ban. They just categorized it.

At first, my account was "temporarily suspsnded." After one week, they finally told me "Please attempt to log into the account now and you should be able to log in." I did so, but I still could not log into my account. I then submitted another trouble ticket--telling them I
still could not log in. After another week or so, I received a response--saying that my account had been permanently banned. I was also a paying "Premium" member.

My account should be reactivated, their customer service needs an overhaul (as they are slow and inaccurate with their responses), and they need to stop making false accusations. Numerous players are wrongly accused
(which leads to their accounts being banned), and the company never makes any correction attempts.

K2 Network/GamersFirst is, by far, the worst gaming company I have ever dealt with.
