This company has no customer service values. I ordered kennels that where 6x16 and received 6x6 kennels instead. I contacted them and they wanted to save money and even said so by putting panels together that clearly did not go. I spoke with the owner Mark Kitchen and he was to say the least useless. I just wanted my correct order and he said it was too much of a loss to do that and just return the whole package. Easier said then done when it's 105' degrees and it's well over 500 lbs. I want people not to have to go through what I am experiencing. This company and the owner Mark are very unprofessional and rude. Please BEWARE...

We asked David Webb to place the kennel back on the pallet
and we would pick it up and refund him his money. He did not want to put it
back on the pallet for me to pick up. I tried everything I could to rectify
this problem within our policy. We have a great product In fact David Webb
ordered more kennels from us three weeks ago on 11-15-2011. He commented that
his last transaction was a smooth one.  Both of the complaints on your site were
submitted by the same person, same comment, same day  and we want to eliminate them if possible. We
also sell on E-Bay and have all positive feedback zero negative feedback or
zero neutrals. Please check our store out on E-bay it is under the name Kennel
store. We strive to keep our reputation intact and it is important that we can
get this resolved. We have tried to work with the customer on several occasions.
He even still purchases our products. We feel that his opinion is overblown and
that this report is doing more damage then what the satiation called for as we
offered every avenue to settle this from picking up the kennel to offering him
a partial refund. We believe that him being overemotional about our
conversation being rude he is being stubborn on letting us fix this.  

I wish to have this post removed for the personal attack on
Mark kitchen. This violated your policy on personal attacks and I would like to
request that this thread be closed and removed. It is one thing to say you do
not like our product or are disappointed in our service. But it is totally
different to call someone a self righteous crook. 

Below is a recent comment form one of our customers. And we
have dozens more just like it without any negative responses. We appreciate all
the help you can provide in this matter.

The kennel products offered at
K9Kennelstore.com are first rate, as is the customer service the folks there
provide.  Before making our first purchase, we researched a number of
internet sites that advertised kennel products, and visited a number of local pet
supply stores.  We were looking for a safe kennel for our three dogs a
Great Dane, a Sheltie and a teacup Yolkier.  No one offered the quality
products advertised by K9Kennelstore.com.  And no one offered such
competitive prices.  Our order arrived in a timely fashion.  The
kennel was easy to assemble just as advertised and our dogs have had a safe
and comfortable home away from home since.  Also, when I have had
questions, the folks at K9Kennelstore.com have been there to answer them. 
I would highly recommend their products to anyone looking for a quality and
safe kennel for their pooch
