k9kennelstore Cove Products Over a week Late Delivery, Poor Customer Service, Missing & Damaged Shipment Ogden ut

My order was taken by a person named Matt. He seemed very nice. I overnighted them a check for almost 10000 to which they could not find, but confirmed they signed for. They shipped my order over a week later than what they told me they would (I have email proof of all this)

At this time, i asked to speak with the owner. They said he does not take personal calls... I told them this is not personal, that i am a customer and feel the only way i can get resolution is with his help. They said they would give him a message to call me. (I still have not heard from Mark Kitchen)

The order was delivered in one large "Clump"

Heavy boxes of bolts were placed on the "PRO KENNEL" panels and had stretched the poorly built panels and deformed them. They look horrible. They were strapped to a few pieces of 2x4's that fell apart durring shipment. This entire shipment had to be unloaded by hand, one pc at a time with no notice. I was alone at the time of delivery (Not knowing anything different, as i paid for a liftgate to deliver and drop at my building site)

The way these pannels were packaged was horrible and of course it was going to fall apart. The boxes had large heavy bolts and were only a single wall box, so they may as well have been in a paper sack. They were all over the back of the 53' truck trailer and many missing.

I am short pannels, Bolts & Fixtures. The material that did deliver is damaged. It took me over 2 hours to unload this by myself off their carrier. I have sent several emails and called several times and the owner will still not speak with me. Very poor customer service, quality control, packaging department and ownership. I want this resolved and would like to know how they plan to make it right.
