I bought several pair of shoes from KAAUM, based on the pictures. It took an enormous amount of time to receive the products and they all came in separate packages. The packages were in crumpled envelopes and the shoes were completely flattened. The quality was unbelievably cheap. I contacted the company to return the shoes. After much e-mailing back and forth and sending pictures of the packaging and the shoes, they advised they do not refund unless you can prove damage to the product. READ THE REFUND POLICY! THERE ARE NO REFUNDS UNLESS KAAUM DETERMINES THERE IS DAMAGE AND YOU SEND IT BACK IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. THE PRODUCTS ARE CHEAP, OVER-PRICED, DIRECT FROM CHINA....AND YOU HAVE NO RECOURSE. Let my mistake save you a costly lesson.
