Kabam, inc Took items after i purchased them San Francisco California

Kabam is a gaming company. I played one of their games Hobbit Kingdoms of Middle earth. I made a purchase of their in game currency (mithril), and purchsed chests with my currency. I spent 80 dollars so i recieved quite a bit.

Some of the items i recieved were tokens; which are used for Galadriels chests to receive other items. I had 44 of these tokens, and 2 days after my purchase i noticed some were missing. I contacted their support staff, and they said they would investigate.

I then received a response saying that they couldnt see where i lost any of my tokens (it was only 6 tokens missing, but still at 5 mithril a token they add up) and they said they would give me speed-ups. The speed-ups were all low level and not near as valuable as the tokens.

Now these tokens magically vanished the day before they had a premium event for the Galadriels chest. Many save their tokens because it is a good deal. There is basic Galadriel chest for 1 token, premium chests are typically 6. During the premium event the premium chests arejust one token.

It may seem minimal, but considering that they are removing the tokens just before the premium events is a crooked way to do business. As far as i am concerned it is theft. I would never install another of their games. I think they should give me all my REAL money back for their theft.
