Kabeara Kennels Teresa Heaver Did not register litter with AKC so we can not get papers Lockport, Illinois

We purchased a Samoyed puppy from Teresa Heaver at Kabeara Kennels in March, 2010.  The puppy was claimed to be AKC papered.  Kabeara never registered the litter, and we are unable to register our puppy with the AKC.  We spent $1400.00 for the dog and had intentions of showing her.  In our contract with Kabeara it states that if the dog is shown in an AKC show and places, that she would refund 50% of the purchase price.  This is impossible since we are unable to register her.  I have spoken to Teresa several times about this and she said she would remedy the problem.  These conversations went on for up until about 2 months ago when she just quit taking my calls or returning my messages.  We had the dog shipped to Colorado, and are now forced to sue her in Illinois, which I intend to do regardless of the expense and unconvenience.  Avoid Kabeara Kennels and Teresa Heaver.
