I had contracted services from Mr. Zellers for development of two web sites. One, littlegirlsfashions and the other site was to be called countrysidecrafters. Countryside Crafters was contracted with Mr. Zellers after his initial release of Littlegirlsfashions web site. With Littlegirlsfashions, he did a nice job and was paid a fee to support any assistance as time moved forward. He was then paid an advance, based on the work prior, to help with the development of CountrysideCrafters. Once paid for this second effort, he never completed the task nor helped with support on the first site.

Mr. Zellers has been issued a LEGAL JUDGEMENT both in the State of Arizona (where I had lived) and the State of New York (where he originally lived being he contested the legal authority of Arizona) and has never settled in the past 3+ years. He refuses to deal with this issue like an adult and continues to ignor repeated attempts to resolve this issue. He owes in excess of $7,000 for fees/court cost/interest/attorney fees/etc...
