Kaiser Foundation Hospitial Olive View Medical Center, The Law Firm of Kenneth H. Rowen, Dr. Samer Alaiti, and Dr. Paul Grodan The attempt to kill Teresa woodland hills California

Kaiser intended to kill Teresa and conceal the work related injuries sustained by her during the course of her employment at Kaiser. Kaiser orchestrated first the events to be carried out by Olive View followed by those events that are characteristic of the procedures involved in the processing of a workers’ compensation claim. Making use of the California Civil Code §56.10(c), Kaiser provided a medical assessment plan to Olive View’s Infectious Disease Clinic where Dr. Suzanne Donovan would manage the health care services to be provided to Teresa. Kaiser wanted Teresa’s injuries to be called Pemphigus Vulgaris, and it wanted Teresa to take large doses of prednisone. In addition, Kaiser wanted Olive View to produce medical records on which was recorded the deterioration of Teresa’s health, and to falsify on its records the diagnosis of pemphigus vulgaris. Olive View had, later, disclosed said medical records, secretly, to Kaiser whom further disclosed them, again secretly, to both Dr. Alaiti and Dr. Grodan.

Teresa asked the Law firm of Kenneth H. Rowen for assistance in filing a workers’ compensation claim against Kaiser. Rather than helping her, the Law Firm ignored Teresa and helped Kaiser, instead, by producing fraudulent legal documents each of which purporting some form legal services which were not really provided to Teresa; for example, two fake subpoenas.

Dr. Alaiti wrote the first medical evaluation of Teresa’s injury, and Dr. Grodan wrote the final medical evaluation of Teresa’s injury. Both doctors had based their reports on unathenicated medical information attributed to Teresa.

I am Teresa’s ex-husband and I took control of Teresa’s medical and legal issues about one year after Kaiser began to inflict Teresa's person. I spent the following two years in research of information that I collected with regards to pemphigus vulgaris, bacterial skin infections, heart disease. The research had eventually led me to the study of Teresa's Olive View medical records, specifically those generated between July 17, 2008 and December 12, 2008. I realized that Olive View had never performed a diagnosis of pemphigus and the prednisone medication was wrong. Teresa had obtained the discovery file from the Law Firm of Kenneth H. Rowen. After reviewing that file for six months, I have concluded that kaiser was the principal offender against Teresa while the Olive View Medical Center, The Law Firm of Kenneth H. Rowen, Dr. Alaiti, and Dr. Grodan were accomplices to kaiser.

On April 28, 2011, Teresa's entire body was covered by open sores. She had almost no hair on her body. Dr. Woodley from USC Medical Center was surprised to learn how Olive View could harm Teresa in the manner that he saw. Nevertheless, Dr. Woodley stopped the outbreak of lesions in five days. For about ten days, Teresa would lie in a bath of hot water, one hour each day, in order to remove the dead skin.

If Kaiser does not compensation Teresa by January 17, 2014, I will amend this report to include the details that explain how Kaiser plotted agaisnt Teresa.
