KAISER OCR HHS DMHC RAPING MEDICARE & RAPING MEMBERS Nationwide

 I have 4 billing accounts with Kaiser I have medical charges for services I never received! My medical records have been changed & altered so many times that NO state or federal agency will ever find out what the originals looked like. The MEDICARE FRAUD is in all FIFTY states plus NORTH AMERICA & there are SEVEN that I know of in California. I'm putting this ALL out on the WORLD WIDE WEB for ALL to see just how GREEDY a HUGE corporation like KAISER along with just HOW CORUPT THE VARIOUS FEDERAL & STATE AGENCIES who are suppose to enforce the laws of the great United States of America & protect the citizens does just the opposite! Kaiser has been in my computer now for SIX YEARS & I'm constantly trying to break the stone walls they put up. On July 29, 2016 I finally broke through that stonewall.

All my emails along with my medical files have all been altered since January 2012 to nthe present. Kaiser has gotten so greedy they now charge $25.00 (my co-pay) to see the doctor on call for prescription refills when the doctor I have chosen is out even if its for 5 minutes. This assigned on call doctor I seen on July 29, 2016 listed me as a teenager & I was blocked out of my NOT SO SECURE MEMBER ONLINE ACCOUNT & my prescriptions were discontinued yet in August & September 2016 were filled by the on call doctor I didn't have to see plus I had NOT seen my ASSIGNED doctor until October 2016. I have FAKE CHECKS FAKE BILLS FAKE DOCUMENTS I have been given. I have filed 6 complaints with the MEDICAL BOARD OF CALIFORNIA on doctors at the Fremont CA Kaiser Facility. This needs to stop ASAP & it should have stopped in 2012 but didn't the BILLIONS made are more important than any Kaiser Member NONE OF THE INVOLVED GIVE A RATS BEHIND!
