Do not use the kaiku card they are the worst company to deal with. We reported a card lost or stolen seven months later after it is reported lost or stolen all our money is taken in fraudulent charges Iin 3 minutes some charges out of the country we reported the charges immediatlyrics and are still fighting to get any of our money back we have told them that was all our money and they keep extending the date they will give us a credit. Every time you talk to someone it is a different answer. They do everything in their power to make it difficult claiming the faxed forms are unreadable or they did not get them when faxed they have now been faxed five times. They are aware that the money is needed for a cancer patient and say everyone is treated the sme. There favorite line when you complain is we are trying to help you or do you a favor. Bancorp the issuing bank will not help saying kaiku has to do it. It is obvious fraud 5 to 6 charges all made on a card reported lost or stolen 7/11/14 charges made 10/22/2014 withas purchases with no pin used they will not tell us how they were done in person or online after several request the card in questin was shredded on 7/11/14 in a bank ATM but they say people make new cards and somehow we allowed the card to be compromised prior to 7/11 2014 and they just waited to charge till 10/22/2014. there could not be a clearer case of fraud there is no way someone could be in Italy and several different states in the us at hotels making all these charges in about a 3 minute span. Deal with this company and you are at their mercy and they do no play fair

The Cardholders Card account was flagged and suspended for further verification on October 22nd, 2014 due to unusual transaction activity. An email was also sent to the Cardholders account regarding the activity. The Cardholder contacted KAIKU Cardholder Services via telephone to inquire about the block on her Card account on October 22nd, 2014. The Cardholder was asked to validate the transactions to have the account reinstated. The Cardholder confirmed that those transactions were unauthorized. The Cardholder was then advised that these transactions were still in pending status and per Network rules once the transactions post she will be able to dispute them. The Cardholder was properly made aware that the dispute process can take up to 90 days to resolve and in order to receive a provisional credit, she would need to submit her dispute form in writing within 10 days of disputing the transactions in accordance with KAIKU’s terms and conditions. On October 24th, 2014, the Cardholder disputed the unauthorized charges on her account and provisional credits have been issued as of November 4th, 2014.

Account monitoring is required by the federal law and is an important part of protecting our cardholders and the integrity of our Card program. Our Risk Control Team monitors all accounts on a regular basis to avoid any misuse of the Card. KAIKU took appropriate action to suspend the Cardholder’s card. The Card affected by unauthorized charges has since been closed. The KAIKU team will be assisting the Cardholder with the dispute to ensure it is resolved in a timely manner.
