TIME WASTER / FRAUD 1:

"KAL COMMODITIES / MR. KAL TENESSE"

We (P...... FUELS) as a International Commodity Trader (Buyer & Seller), received a Offer from Kal Commodities Inc. ( Mr. Kal Tandesse), in which they / he presented himself / the company as a Allocation Holder of Jet Fuel and that they had the product available in Holding tanks in Rotterdam and as such  offered us over 2mil barrels of Jet fuel.

We on procedures offered entered into a Sales and Purchase Agreement.

As per agreed Procedures we then presented them / him with our verifiable and confidential Proof of Funds / Financial Capability asto procure this said product and then to flow into a Monthly (12 Month) Supply contract, after which they  / Kal commodities were to without delay present us with verifiable proof of product in the way of not limited to; a International SGS Report, a ATV (Authority to verify), a DTA (Authority to Dip) and  ATSC (Authority to Sell and Collect).

For the last 3 to 4 weeks they after we provided all as per procedures have failed to provide us with the said and agreed Proof of Product and have been playing delaying games with us and outright have been lying to us grobbeling up story after story.  They / he never where the allocation holder nor had he 100% secured the product to offer nor sell to us, he / they where trying to use our Financial Capability and confidential to agreement documents to source / secure product.

TIME WASTER (S) 2 :

ATTORNEY: "MR. MUJIR A MUNEERUDDIN" (PARTNER TO: ABRAHAMS LLP ATTORNEYS - TORONTO / CANADA). 

AGENT: "MR. AZHAR MOHAMMED" (EMIRATES CONSULTING)

So called representatives of "MAVERICK PETROLEUM"  / "DR. MUHAMMED IQBAL" 

After the issues we had with Kal Commodities the above mention Attorney from Abrahams LLP in Toronto, aided by Mr. Azhar Mohammed from Emirates Consulting started to communicate with me and introduced themselves via telephone and email as the sole representatives of Maverick Petroleum / Dr. Muhammed Iqbal, and they requested that we refrain from further working with Kal Commodities as Maverick Petroleum was the real Allocation Holders and even offered me a better price structure.

These two gentelemen then started another period of utter time wasting and further delays and lies galore.  They informed me that Kal Commodities was unethical in trying to use our Proof of Funds to secure product and that they / Maverick was going to terminate the transaction with Kal Commodities on this technicality and was to provide the product to us directly as we were the party with the Proof of available Funds.

They then assured me that I / we will receive the Proof of Product documents, being SGS Report / DTA, A|TS/c, ATV, in the next few days, hich after 3 weeks we are still wating for without any joy nor performance except lies , lies , lies and excusses.........

I then started taking them on and they just dissapeard from the Grid......

Then about 2 weeks ago I get communication from a gentlemen with the name of "SALEH ABUBEKER" from a company called "KING HOLDINGS", and that he was representing Kal Commodities and was the introductory Party between Kal Commodities and Maverick Petroleum.

He again informed me that i must not work with Mr. Mujir and or Azhar, as he is in direct communication with Dr. Iqbal of Maverick Petroleum.

He also informed me that he was on his way to Dubai to meet with Dr. Iqbal to get us the Proof of Product documents.  Well this again delayed and he communicated with me that he has sorted it out and is on his way back to Canada and his attorney was to set up a Trust account and issue the Invoices and that Kal Commodities and Maverick agreed to have us paid the funds into this so called trust account.

He informed me that i will have the Proof of Product documents in 24 hours.

Well to say it is now a week later and nothing.

Thus they all have not only wasted our valuabale time, lied to us, and fraudulently acquired Financial Documents from us but have caused us to lose a valuable client and also have caused us immense Financial damages due to their unethical and fruadulent actions and unprofessional conduct.

Please take Note, that I have emailed and tried ample times with and to Dr. Igbal from Maverick Petroleum, who has till date not communicated back to or with me, thus just ignoring my ample request for him as the seller to transact and sort this out.

We thus have reported them not only Rip Off Report, but will also to and on various Blacklisting sites, but have also reported and are in further reporting efforts to and with various Law enforcement agencies.
