Kaminskiy Design & Remodeling Kaminskiy Care & Repair OSHA violations, Labor code violations, Employee code violations, Marketing Fraud. San Diego California

They violated OSHA that resulted in a prolonged illness with 2 of their employees. Criminal Offense labor code 6425.

They ignored/violated water remediation protocol, air ventilation protocol, employee safety instruction, providing safety equipment.

At least 4 diferent OSHA violations. 

They VIOLATED THEIR CONTRACTORS LICENSE by installing COMMERCIAL TILE without the proper license.

They violated my employee contract. They terminated me because of a potential liability that can be proven.

They are guilty of marketing fraud because they cheated on the SD-UT polls and posted the images of the awards on their website.

The polls instructed to only vote once per day per category per individual. HOW EVER , THE COMPANY INSTRUCTED US TO VOTE MULTIPLE TIMES PER DAY PER INDIVIDUAL WITH MULTIPLE EMAIL ACCOUNTS. Gift cards were given to employees who voted the most. The winner of the gift cards actually voted about 25 times a day with different email accounts.

Two years ago we missed out on two of these categories because we didn’t do enough in-house nominating.

Now through May 9th everyone needs to nominate us in these categories every day. If you have a second or third email account you can nominate us more than once per day using these other accounts.

Each employee who sends me 20 or more emails or texts showing they nominated us will receive a gift card for the Cohen Group Restaurants.
