Recently Henley Homes Group Plc and Kamran Mahmood, Minc have distanced themselves from each other pretending butter wouldn't melt in their mouth, while they claimed neither of them knew each other or had any involvement with each other or were associated with each other in any way or form.
This was to win over the banks and their next potential investors and victims.
Now both have systematically denied any involvement with each other but please allow me to prove them both wrong and all the statements made by each other.
Firstly Kamran is seen in and around Henley's offices, he was at several of their events including a Charity event they hosted recently if you don't believe me please check both of their linked in Profiles where they both signed in to the BCBN event on the night.
http://www.bcbn.org.uk
Secondly please also check the two following links to a property in Lombard Lane which was in dispute with over Minc and what the faith of the property was when minc went into receivership but it can be revealed that it was given a cosmetic uplift my Henley Homes Group Plc and sold as premier apartments in the City of london.
God no wonder the banks and financial institutions in this country are in trouble. They cant even do a simple search.
Now please see links below which show an example of the Henley and Minc relationship.
Just to start this process of please find an link to Henley and Minc where their collaboration would be proof enough.
http://www.agoda.com/europe/united_kingdom/london/lombard_lane_apartments_by_mondo.html
http://www.booking.com/hotel/gb/lombard-lane.en.html
Minc serviced apartments apartment that they owned previously that was in dispute over with Minc and its investors/ victims.
And please find attached Henley marketing the same property.
http://www.lombardlane.com
And to reiterate how is it that Henley a developer that has no funds can continue to build properties specially High End ones like Lombard Lane.
This property should have in reality gone to contribute something to the innocent people who became the victims of minc. Please continue to con people into believing there is no link between yourselves.
as i am proving otherwise so.

#2 REBUTTAL Owner of company
admission of forged documents
AUTHOR: pmp electrical - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Sunday, December 16, 2012
The directors of Henley Homes did openly admit creating electrical test certificates for an unrelated project due to pressures from their funders to complete sales of property. The fabrication of these certificates enabled them to complete sales of apartments and occupy them, despite the building being unsafe to occupy. Whem questioned about these certificates by Kent police in another unrelated matter, the directors of Henley Homes denied ever seeing the certificates they had told a high court judge they had created.
These people are liars, cheats and fraudsters, who will say what is ever necesary to deflect the situation before them, even lying to a high court judge if required. They will not be able to "gag" this thread as all of the above forms part of the court records relating to the case referenced.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company
HIGH COURT ORDER WITH A PENAL NOTICE
AUTHOR: Admin - (United Kingdom)
SUBMITTED: Monday, July 16, 2012
The above individuals and companies have been subjected to a defamatory campaign of harassment and intimidation by two recently identified individuals. Totally false and baseless allegations were made and published on the web.
THESE ALLEGATIONS ARE ENTIRELY UNTRUE.
On Friday 6 July 2012, lawyers acting on behalf of the aforementioned individuals and companies successfully obtained a HIGH COURT ORDER granted by Mr Justice Tugendhat. This Order prevents the named individuals from HARASSING and publishing DEFAMATORY articles and comments on the web or any other medium.
A civil claim against the individuals has also been issued for substantial damages under claim number HQ12D02724 in the High Court and the matter has been referred to the Metropolitan Police for investigation as this constitutes a criminal campaign of harassment.
Henley Homes, BridgePoint Ventures and IPIN Global will ALWAYS robustly challenge any attack on their reputations.
Counsel for the Claimants were Hugh Tomlinson QC and Sara Mansoori of Matrix Chambers who were instructed by Farooq Bajwa & Co Solicitors, 45 Charles Street, Mayfair, London, W1J 5EH.
