Kanagaraj Enterprises SELLER DIDN'T REFUND MY RETURN Tamil Nadu Avadi, Chennai

I have been in contact with this buyer for months discussing the types of hair and the cost of the products.  This was my first purchase with this vendor.  I made a purchase on 5/3/2018 I initially bought 3 10" raw body wabe bundles, 10' body wave frontal, 16" raw deep curly frontal and (1) 22" raw deep curly bundle.  I paid $363.42 in total, however when the package arrived the 16" raw deep curly frontal and the 22" raw deep curly bundle wasn't going to work for me.  We had previously discussed that if it didnt' work that I could send the itmes back and they would give me a refund for the two items that I would be sending back.  The quality of the 10" raw body wave closure was HORRIBLE but I didn't even bother to include that.  I sent the items back to the business address and he confirmed that he had received the package on 6/6/2018 amd tjat je wpi;d refimd a total of $150.00.  We have been in contact for months now and whenever I ask him as to the status of the refund he keeps giving me the run around in that how his paypal account is down, he would stall and tell me to give him a week just up to yesterday when I asked him the status again on Whatsapp he changed his number.  I am totally fed up and I have been RIPPED OFF, BUYER BE AWARE *****DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS VENDOR HE IS A SCAMMER******.
