I saw Kandysoles.net on instagram said they were doing a $25 off sale on Uggs I selected their profile scoped it out had many posts I didn't see any negative feed back out in the open, selected the link to their website, hosted big bigcommerce.com had a full store mostly nikes and uggs. I selected shoes, added to cart, put in debit card info, was immediately emailed confirmation with shipping details and order #.
Shoes never came emailed support person said shoes were back ordered 3 weeks, later email said she had been sick in the hospital, another email asking if I wanted a refund, refund never came...........phone # disconnected, store says 'down for maintenance' I hope bigcommerce.com shut it down. THIEVES, SCAMMERS - I am not letting this go
