Kanetake's Appliances Dishonest and poor Customer Service Kailua Hawaii

Kanetake's Appliance led us to believe that our washer and dryer contract was covered under the Bosch Company which would expire in August of 2008.

Bosch confirmed with us that contract was with Kanetake's Appliances with whom we purchased the appliances from.

A service call was placed before the contract was to expire with Kanetake's. Kanetake's never did show up or call to cancel or reschedule the service call.

After numerouse unanswerd calls, contact was finally made and a request was made for Kanetake's to provide us with a history report on all service calls and cost done on our appliances.

To date we have not received such report even with the the help of our Better Business Bureau.

Kanetake's Appliance has choosen to ignore the numerous request from The BBB and our request for a history report.

During the few years that Kanetake's had serviced our Bosch appliances it was mentioned by one of their technicians that the Bosch appliances were hassel for them to service.

It's pretty sad that Kanetake's Appliance has no problem selling a product that cost the consumer thousands of dollars and decides if and when they choose to service it or not.

A service history report would be most helpful to the company who we are currently working with.

We find it a bit puzzling why Kanetake's Appliance can not respond to a simple request by us and The BBB.

They have serviced our family, friends and the community for many years, how terrible to see a busniess suffer from such bad customer service.

The best we can do to feel better about this situation is to make others aware of Kanetake's Appliances poor and dishonest customer service.
