Kanoa ,Cival Van der Lubbe, On April 2 2017 I preordered 1 pair of Kanoa wireless ear buds for $189.00 and never received the product. The transaction to my credit card was on April 2 2017 with a confirmation email of the purchase. As of August 23 2017 Kanoa sent me a confirmation email that the Kanoa Corp has closed and no longer exists. I am now out $189.00 as I was defrauded. San Francisco Nationwide

 As of April 2nd 2017 I purchased a set of Kanoa wireless earbuds for $189. I received an email confirmation from Kanoa Corp the same day. The transaction was done and paid on April 2nd 2017 with also a email confirmation from Kanoa. In this email of confirmation it was promised to me as a consumer that the product will be sent out to my present address. As of August 23rd 2017 it has been recognized that Kanoa Corp has closed its doors in San Francisco and that CEO Cival Van der Lubbe has disappeared physically. I have been to frauded by this company of $189. Currently there is now a class action lawsuit beginning against the company as 7.5 million dollars has been stolen to over 50,000 customer that were promised a product and was not received. I am part of this group and wish to be reimbursed my money.
