Sun City, Florida- Customers including myself are complaining of Kaotic Von not answering emails, CALLS or text in regards to undeliverable products purchase on her online website. Customers also complaining of declined refunds thru PAYPAL back into their accounts. Customers complain of possible information being compromised via purchasing directly through the unsecured website. Customers complaining of not receiving product or wrong items after 2-14 day shipping process according to her company policies. Customers complain her detox teas are RECIEVED with mold. Customers complain of being blocked from Kaotic_Von instagram promotional advertising once questioning about purchases. INTERNATIONAL Customers complain of extreme shipping fees of 290USD or 90USD. International customers complain of having to pay additional shipping fees after paying initial shipping.
