After almost an entire year of attempting to correct a clerical error on behalf of Kaplan University, the payment has finally been credited to the account, however now after 6 months of waiting for them to credit my account for the payment made they are wanting me to wait another 30days. Why am I not surprised. However I have received PERFECT advice from an attorney.
REPORT KAPLAN TO YOUR STATES ATTORNEY GENERAL!!! **The Attorney General of each state can have their license revoked.**
REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!
FILE THE RIP OFF REPORT TO STRAY OTHERS FROM EXPERINCING WHAT WE HAVE ENDURED!!!
