Kaplan University - Online Campus Kaplan School Let me go to school for 12 months and then said they submit my financial aid papers to FASA Internet

I started with Kaplan University in Jan 2009, I was so excited that i was finally going to get my degree in my dream field. I submitted everything i needed for Financial Aid and Pale Grants and Student Loans if needed. I was approved for a full Scholarships with the Pale Grant. My Financial Aid ad visor at the time told me everything was covered and all my paper work was in and ready to go so I started school.

 I then continued going by my sec term Financial Aid is calling me saying they have missing documents. I then again re-fax everything over now I'm faxing the same thing I have faxed over the first time. By the third and 4th quarter I'm having to do the same thing over and over and over. They always say they never get the papers but before I start classes they have everything they need for me to start my quarters but when they are over I have no paperwork in file.

 I was getting a little annoyed at this time so by November of 2009 I get a call from Financial Aid saying I will not be able to continue school because I owe a  balance of 11,000.00. I was very upset and angry at this point so I spoke to several managers, no one would help me. I finally after 2 weeks of calling everyday and leaving messages and emails with my financial Aid officer Monica Kramer she finally gets on the phone with me and gets really rude and tells me there is nothing she can do nor will do that I have to pay that balance if I want to continue going to school there otherwise I could drop out she didn't care. I then spoke to another manager after she hung up on me and never called me back and he actually said i needed to take out personal  loans to pay for my schooling.

At this point I was outraged and ready to get something done. I Spoke with a Gentleman that was nice and willing to help me and finally after 4 weeks of trying to figure out why i owed this money because no one would tell me why, he finally said that my financial Aid ad visor (Monica Kramer) never pushed my financial aid documents through FASA, so when she finally said oops and decided to do it, FASA Denied me because it was to late to do anything. I was so upset I cried to someone. I have tried getting this handled.

I have withdrawn from this school and started another and now Kaplan will not transfer my credits over to this new school because of my balance. I have a year of Criminal Justice studies behind me and I don't want to start from the beginning again. I could understand if I only went 1 or 2 quarters but 12 months come on. I should a least get that. Please someone help me. I don't feel i should have to pay this balance because i did everything on my end, it was the financial aid department that did not due their JOB.
