Kaplan University Davenport Iowa online campus Falsely accusing Admissions Adviser , Internet

I am a new student who will be starting Kaplan online courses thru the Davenport Iowa campus. I have had nothing but good treatment from my Admissions Adviser until today. I emailed them regarding an issue about joining a club. They wrote back with hateful rude words accusing me of being hateful/rude from day one and threatening to quit. I wrote back and explained to them that they have me confused with someone else because every email I have with them isn't what they say. I don't know what is going on with them but I don't appreciate the hateful email I received falsely accusing me of things I have never done. It's as if once they got me signed up they don't want to hear back from me regarding anything. All I want to do is be able to get a degree to better myself, but it seems like they don't want to be there for students to ask questions and then they falsely accuse them of doing things and being hateful.
