Kaplan University three card monty routine with accounting and billing Kaplan University Iowa

Let me start off by saying that I am a graduate of Kaplan University. I didnt have a problem with the educational part of their school. However, I had a long standing issue with the University regarding financial aid accounts. Before I went to Kaplan, the admission rep assured me that I had all these financial aid loans and Grants that would cover the cost of going to their school. After I attended it was a different story, I had to keep taking loan after loan it was never enough!!!! When I did the school exit, the 'so called accounting division' stated that I had a zero balance and I recieved my Associates Degree in 2006. Today when I opened my mail I could believe it I got an out standing bill from Kaplan in the amount of 233.71 !! I called Kaplan and they were doing auditing and the people in accounting made mistakes in their record keeping. When I threatened to call the state attorney General, that is when another representive talked to me and said I didnt owe anything it ' had all been a huge mistake' but I am not letting this go. I think the rep said that just to shut me up but it wont work!!!
