Kaplan University Washington Post (OWNER) RETALIATION, HUMILIATION, DESCRIMINATION, MESSED UP MY BACHELORS DEGREE COULD NOT ATTEND GRADUATION PLANTATION FLORIDA

 Potential students of Kaplan University "BEWARE".  I recently was forced to resign from Kaplan University after returning to work from Disability.  I was being harrassed at work from management, because they felt I was not mentally stable to do my job.  I was being watched and micro-managed (singled out) from all others.  During my medical leave the 3rd party company they used to handle my disability claim messed up my file on several occassions resulting in not being paid on time for weeks.  HR Generalist did nothing to help me. I left a number of phone calls but no help. Another one is the Kaplan messed up on my BSBA degree, which prevented me form graduating.  I reached out to the Dean and PResident and no response from them. They did not care one bit about it! I sent a personal email to the Dean which also included that I was on medical leave, he shared that email with a number of executives throughout the organization without my consent. FERPA violation!

Also, I was required to enoll students into Graduate Certificate programs without a Bachelors degree.  DIPLOMA MILL?  They are hurting for revenue so I guess anything goes with them.  

HR denied my request to work a cerain 40-hour work schedule so I can attend my conitnue Doctor appointments related to my disability.  They denied my requests. 

They do a lot of shady stuff at the office.  I remember one time my immediate manager approached everyone on the team (individually) and ask to remove or shredd certain documentaiton that dislclosed unethical behavior of "leading" students to enroll. 

There is so much more to this story.

I am filing a lawsuit against Kaplan for what they did to me. EEOC, Department of Education, Higher Learning Commission (accreditation) and the Washington Post have all been notified.
