Kara Hutchinson - Kevin Mitchell - The Boston Celtics refusal to honor ticket mendacity deceit fraud Boston Massachusetts

My fiancee and I purchased two single-game tickets to see the Boston Celtics at the Fleet Center from an acquaintance, who got them from his boss at CCS Collections in Norwood, MA, a season ticket owner named Kevin Mitchell. We paid Kevin Mitchell exactly $130 for the two tickets, which was equivalent to their $65 face value apiece. When we got to the game we were refused admission by a ticket-taker, and told to speak to Ticket Operations Coordinator Kara Hutchinson. Under the guise of tying to "help us", she confiscated the tickets, informaing us that someone was already in the seats referred to on the tickets, and that the tickets had been "forwarded by the account manager". Kevin Mitchell has vigorously denied that this was possible.

Kara Hutchinson is thus guilty of: lying about the status of the seats, unlawful interference with what should have been a good-faith transaction, between private individuals, in which her organization no longer had any financial interest; ruining our night, and effectively stealing $130 from me. Mitchell kept the $130, leaving me with no real recourse (short of violence or some other illegal activity) to recover the money.
