Karbon Koncepts Item payed for, never delivered. Company of liars. Santa Ana California

I payed for a set of 7 red kia emblems for my car on August 21, 2014. After a few weeks I grew anxious and asked for timing. They told me a few more weeks. I waited a few and messaged back. Three contact attempts later and they finally get back with an apology. They sent me a fake tracking number and told me the item was shipped, then apologized just to tell me to wait another 2 weeks. I waited and waited and they finally stopped replying to my e-mails, facebook messages, ignore my phone calls, and the ONE TIME that the owner answered the phone he told me he was too busy to talk and would call me back. Never got a call back. Long story short, I never received the emblems and I am now jumping through hoop after hoop trying to get my money back from this company who refuses to give it back. Paypal will no longer warranty the purchase after 45 days and my bank will not after 60, so I am stuck waiting for these crooks to either shell out my money or my product...5 months later. They are still selling these on their website and listed in stock when they clearly aren't. Be careful with these people.
