 I am hereby sighting the following grievances against Karen M. Scott and Raymond Scott; Sears Home Improvement Representative, violation of Rules of Conduct, Fraud, Theft, Misrepresentation and Falsifying documents: Which are all Class A, Violations By Law, it is basically stated that the employer is responsible for the actions of the employee, even when the employer is unaware of the employee’s behavior. An employer can no longer claim that they did not know about the misrepresentation,  Fraud or Falsification of document because the client did not inform them, nor can they claim that they were unaware of the employee’s behavior.
