 On November 19, 2015 my husband contacted a women about an add she posted looking for homes for her English Bulldog puppies. He contacted her through text. On November 20, 2015 we decided to rescue one of her puppies. She said she was going to ship it through a pet shipping company called Royal Pet Air. The company contacted us through email asking to confirm our address and to send a payment of 200 through PayPal to a separate email. The email had the company name so we thought it was ok. We sent the payment and received a confirmation from the company. They said in an email that we would get a call soon letting us know what time the puppy would be arriving. They never called. We were still in contact with the women, her name was Karen. She said she would call them to find out what was going on and when I asked for the number she was calling it was a man's cell phone from south Carolina. After a few more hours we realized we were never going to get the puppy and the whole thing was a scam.
