Karen L Baker Destroyed property in Tensed Idaho

This woman purchased property from my elderly parents who held the contract for her.  After a couple years her husband died and my parents refinanced to help reduce her burden by cutting her monthly payments in half.  Several years later she doesn't make her payments and they start to foreclose on her.  She begs them to give her another chance and out of the goodness of their hearts they do.  Then after several months she stops making her payments.  They have no choice but to procede with foreclosure w/ an attorney and she files bankruptcy.  They have to give her time to try to sell the home.  All the while she isn't making payments that they depend on to live.  After 13 months of her living "rent" free in their property they foreclose.  They have to get the sheriff involved to get her out of the home.  The judge gives her 2 extra weeks.....the sheriff serves eviction notice and she begs for more time.  Long story short, my parents finally have the property back.  But this witch has devalued it by over $60,000 at least.  There is dog feces, cat feces all over the place.  The floors are puddles of animal urine.  The walls are ripped up by her dogs, the trim is missing and ripped up.  The place smells worse than a kennel.  She has left trash all over the home.  She is a discusting woman and needs to be sued.  Unfortunately it will cost more for my parents to sue her than they would get back.  And she repays them by bad mouthing my parents, lying to all who will listen and stating that they have tried to ruin her.  People like this should be institutionalized.  I do not know where she moved and with whom she lives.  I have a hard time believing she can find someone to take her and her animals in.  She works in Worley Idaho at the Casino on the Coeur d' Alene Indian Reservation.
