As per this complaint at (http://www.stopforumspam.com/ipcheck/91.236.74.249) re the domain
name and website at karen-millen-uk.net which is hosted by Simple Helix Web Hosting on their names servers of ns1.simplehelix.net and ns2.simplehelix.net,
You will note that the domain and site Simple Helix Web Hosting host has over
2000 complaints about Forum Spam since the domain went active on 16th October.
As someone who is sick of spam and sick of the companies who
take the money from spammers and then do nothing Simple Helix Web Hosting were given a chance to avoid being associated with this person/s and were asked to act.
Despite overwhelming evidence Simple Helix Web Hosting chose to ignore the opportunity to stop this prolific spammer and allowed them to continue despite more than 2000 complaints being lodged against the website they host.
This failure of Simple Helix Web Hosting to act is despite being told a complaint via Rip Off Reports would be made (if they didnt act) and the following claim in their company policies at http://www.simplehelix.com/company/policies, namely "We support the work of the anti-spam organizations"
Spam is a plague on the internet and the actions of web companies in allowing spammers to continue sending spam is in many peoples minds no better than the spammers sending it

None of this has to do with Simple Helix web hosting. We cannot control who aliases their domain to our domain. Cname records are easy enough to setup for any novice, and if you had bothered to read our response or done any homework on this you would see that we did your fact checking for you. So given that you've now been supplied with easily and publicly obtainable information twice, I think its clear where the real 'rip off' is here. Quit slandering our services, we are not going to give you any money.
