Dear abbey bailey & matilda prince,reporting this alledged rip off; 

I have not ripped off you who filed this abbey bailey, but turned out to be a matilda prince.  I did not rip off anyone. deposits are non refundable & when I did send an invoice through paypal, you refused it! you contacted me in regards to my dog for sale at 4,000.00 cash or 1,000.00 deposit to hold her which I did for 3 weeks, and a trade for a ckc registered blue tri male, in which you said you had. I asked for proof f his registration papers in ckc and you have never sent me that proof. I again have kept every e mail and text and call and paypal statement to you. I have proof i did not rip you off. you refused to send the puppy, and you never told me a ground shipper would be picking up my dog at 11pm CA time.  I got a call at 10 pm CA time from a "shipper" who only gave me her first name and no license or proof she was licensed to ground ship dogs.

I refused to give her my dog because you the buyer had not paid for her in full. I told you two things I do not refund deposits, and we never had any agreement to ship her ground until you sent my male pup and then she would be paid for, and I would be happy to send my dog after she was paid in full. You gave me a "puppy nannys number and name" mr orr, and his wife works for the "airline" and she shipped a lilac male for you, but after calling the man who sold you the lilac male bulldog he said he did not know you by the name you gave me in paypal, but he gave me your real namw matilda prince, ?? what happened here is you were a eye doctor in GA, and you were convicted of welefare fraud, and you tried to rip me off by only sending a deposit to me. You then thought I would be dumb enough to "send the dog with your ground shipper joann" at 11pm I am not stupid, nor do you get a 4,000.00 dog for 1,000.00 deposit. I called the nanny and he said he would fly the pup to me. He never came. you said you would ground ship the male pup to me. he never came.

then I tried to look you up online and call other bulldog breeders to ask if they knew you? they did, and not one person said a nice thing about matila prince or abbey bailey? who are you? I have not been contacted by the local police, the district attorneys office or any legal person to this date. 10/28/14 . You said you lived in GA, then on paypal I see it said TN? and on paypal it said TN not GA, then I looked up the name other bulldog breeders gave me and saw your fraud case in GA! so what ever your name is? abbey bailey or matilda prince? I gave you 4 weeks to get me full payment and proof of registry, as I explained for hours on the phone to you, he must be registered in same kennel club as my dog ckc. I told you about other slander and the issues and rules in the kennel club I must follow. You put me through so much emotional crap, you then said the delay in sending the pup was your employee who fixed your air condisioner was out drove home and was killed in a car accident. Then you said your best friend died! I felt bad so I told you look open your invoice in paypal, you refused. now your deposit is never going to be refunded. you lied to get the dog from me. you said you were one person and now I find out your another person. ?? I am perplexed about this whole thing! who are you? paypal found me not to have violated your complaint and closed that. now all you can do is go online and post this? you have my phone number, tell your attorney to call me. I have nothing to hide. Do you? I am not a theif.

This person is well known in the Akita community and has a long list of judgments and convictions (felony fraud- Stanislaus County, CA) for fraud in purebred dog sales.  I keep her name on a page on my own website warning people away. 

If you do have an attorney they are welcome to contact me and I'll forward them all the info I have to help him/her build your case.  She's been at this for decades.  She is suspended from AKC (no breeding, no showing) and recently chnged her kennel name trying to sell dogs agin. Ads found on numerous classified sites claim her puppies she is selling are AKC registered.  she is BARRED by her suspension from those activities.
