We also used Ken A Frank to help with a situation with our house.  He was a friend of our friends mother in law, she used to work with him in LA.  so we called set up payments and $50,000 later he did nothing.  We now are losing our house because of him.  He took our money and  had fun with it.  We tried to have him arrested threw the precent in his area, but they did nothing even with all these peoples stories, all the people he left with no money there is nothing being done.  Please if anyone knows how to get his a*s in jail count us in.   We deposited our payments to him in a chase account, we have every reciept.         something has to be done.   Karen and Mike  Shirley NY
