Karic Associates, Inc. & Karen James & Richard James Illegally Practicing Law; Criminally Insane; Ripping Off Citizens; Wack-Jobs; Theives Blakeslee Pennsylvania

I am the owner of the Company and this report that was filed by Charlie **** is totally fraudulent. I am involved in a personal legal dispute with my former employer at the Swaby Law Firm located in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania and my former Pastor of Robert and Rosalyn Hutchings of Jubilee Church of Christ in Sciota, Pennsylvania who have recently joined together to try to defame me and my company maliciously because there other atttempts have failed. Mr. **** and I never had any form of business transaction, I only knew him through my former employment and we communicated a few times via telephone and email after my employment from the Swaby Law Firm.

My company KaRic Associates and KaRIc Home Improvements have never practiced law illegally in fact on my website it clearly states that it is not a law firm nor have I ever taken any form of money from Charlie. KaRic Home Improvements never performed any home improvement job for anyone in the state of Pennsylvania. In fact the only transaction that every occurred was with Iotha Swaby (the sister of my former employer) who paid my husband a deposit of $200.00 to do some work at her home, however after I was no longer employed with her sister the $200.00 was returned to her on February 11, 2008 by certified mail/returned receipt which they did accept.

This report is absolutely false and malicious and not of these transactions ever occurred neither from Karic Home Improvements for home improvement work or Karic Associates for legal work. I demand that the author and the others that they are working with provided strict proof of their claims (which I know they cannot provide) or remove this from this website because this is damaging to our business and our reputation.
