After 4 hrs. of negotiation, my husband and I signed off on the purchase of a brand new Toyota Tundra. We have not purchased a new car for 10 years and unfortunately, years of hard work and sacrifice,to be able to afford a new car has been tainted by horrible customer service!
By the time we signed our papers, it was well past closing. We did not realize until we got home that the price on our contract was not what our salesman, Craig had told us. The price he quoted us, was out the door, tax and licensing included, a $3000 difference.
Upon returning to the dealership to "work out the details" we met an even worse fate....BRANDON...or was it Brian? the sales manager...what a gem!! He was so inconsiderate and unwilling to acknowledge any of our complaints...claiming that "we're all adults here"...as if to say we deserved to be deceived....because we are adults and should have known better! Save yourself the trouble...DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE... They are liars and haven't a shred of decency. I guess I am fortunate...I get to wake up tomorrow and all I'm out is a couple thousand bucks...Craig and Brandon?..have to wake up tomorrow and be Craig and Brandon?!? And by the way..Craig..I want the smoke you borrowed back!! That's pretty professional eh?

LARRY MILLER GROUP of DEALERS. Carol, of Glendale Arizona, reported that FORGERY took place in regards to her transaction at LARRY MILLER TOYOTA in Peoria Arizona in a Ripoff Report posted here.
I believe her Ripoff Report is this- RIP OFF REPORT #331575 (you can 'GOOGLE' it!). It was submitted on 5-9-2008, and modified on 11-30-2008. It sure seems as though the LARRY MILLER GROUP of Dealers certainly gets a lot of attention here, wouldn't you agree?
SIMPLY EXPOSE THEM ALL OVER THE WORLDWIDE WEB!
